EnCAD provides access to numerous digital subscription resources such as journals, databases, and international standards.
To access these resources, publishers require that the user be recognized as belonging to the University. This is possible in several modes:
Access from the Athenaeum network.
Entering from within the network of University you are automatically recognized as users of the University of Marche.
Access via EZproxy.
EZproxy is a web-based proxy that allows you to access subscription resources by entering your credentials. The login is done initially and all subsequent pages visited in the same browser window are displayed as if you were within the University network.
Login via institutional Login (Shibboleth).
This system allows you to log in directly to the publisher’s website but using your UNIVPM credentials. You do not have to log in before navigation, but you can log in when you download a protected resource.
