How to consult confidential access electronic resources outside the University network? With the EZproxy UNIVPM service
What is Proxy Service?
The Proxy service is a system for remote access that allows you to consult, from anywhere outside the University network (e.g. home or other public networks), the electronic resources with reserved access (databases, periodicals, ebooks, etc.) By UNIVPM.
Who can use the Proxy Service?
- Teachers, students, administrative technical staff, research postdoctoral students of the University of Marche.
- Access to the service is strictly personal and granted only to users enabled through the University credentials. If you do not remember your credentials , use the get institutional Credentials service.
How do I access the service?
- Go to the EZproxy UNIVPM service page.
- The EZproxy service allows access from home, or from anywhere outside the University's network, to confidential access electronic resources (databases, periodicals and electronic books, etc.), with any device, including mobile, and with any operating system and browser, without having to install any additional software.
- Use your University credentials to log in. Once authenticated, you will be taken to the service page where you can locate the relevant resources.
